Gouda Dressing is a processed cheese sauce with an off-white colour, smooth texture and a distinctive Gouda cheese profile complemented by a subtle hint of garlic. Designed as a topping and dressing solution, it adds a creamy cheese layer and additional flavour to foodservice applications. It is particularly suited to premium entry-range pizza concepts, helping operators create an upgraded cheese experience without adding complexity to preparation. The sauce can be easily incorporated as a pizza topping and can also be explored across other applications requiring a mild, creamy cheese dressing.
